Challenge

The home in Provo was facing multiple water management issues due to old, ineffective gutters. The gutters had deteriorated, leading to leaks and pooling water around the foundation. The endcaps were failing, causing water to spill over, and the soffit was showing signs of wear and tear. Additionally, there weren't enough downspouts to properly direct water away from the home, risking long-term damage.

Solution

We replaced the old, damaged gutters with a new, durable system that included upgraded endcaps to prevent water from spilling over. We also replaced the soffit to ensure the home remained protected from water infiltration and critter access. To improve drainage, we added downspouts in strategic locations, ensuring that water is effectively directed away from the foundation.
